This document is a starter template and should be reviewed by a legal professional before official launch.
A. Introduction
Tijartek ERP is a SaaS platform provided by Tijartek / Govix Dev for business management, including sales, stock, purchases, invoices, quotes, delivery notes, receipts, customers, suppliers and reports. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the platform, the user accepts these Terms & Conditions.
B. Definitions
Platform means Tijartek ERP and related services. User means any person accessing an account. Client means the business using the service. Workspace means the client’s private ERP environment. Subscription means paid access to the platform. Data means information entered, uploaded, generated or processed in the workspace.
C. Eligibility and account responsibility
Users must provide accurate business and account information. The client is responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity inside its workspace, including actions made by staff accounts.
D. Subscription and payment
Tijartek is provided through a SaaS subscription paid by card or another supported payment method. The founder offer is 3,500 DA/month while the subscription remains active and payments are not interrupted. If the subscription is cancelled, expired, unpaid or inactive, the locked founder price may be lost.
Standard self-service use has no setup fee. Custom development, large data import, special onboarding, special integrations or manual migration projects may be quoted and billed separately.
E. Free trial
A free trial may be offered for a limited period. Tijartek may change, extend, shorten or stop trials to prevent abuse. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription.
F. Acceptable use
Users must not use the platform illegally, attack or overload the system, scrape or reverse engineer the service, upload malware, attempt to access another client’s data, or use Tijartek for fraud or unlawful business activity.
G. Service availability
Tijartek aims to provide reliable service. Online and weak-internet features reduce operational risk but do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, internet issues, hosting issues, third-party payment provider issues or force majeure may affect access.
H. Weak-internet / local continuity mode
Where supported, Tijartek may allow some operations to continue during weak or missing internet and save online when the connection returns. Data saving depends on the device, browser or app support, user permissions and reconnection. Users should not clear browser/app storage before pending operations are saved online, and should check any unsaved operations.
I. User data and backups
The platform stores business data such as products, stock, sales, purchases, invoices, customers, suppliers, users and settings. Tijartek performs reasonable backups for disaster recovery. Backups are not a replacement for user exports, and clients should export important reports or documents when needed.
J. Documents and invoices
Tijartek helps generate factures, bons, devis, reçus, proformas and similar documents. The user is responsible for verifying legal and tax accuracy before issuing documents, including declarations, accounting, NIF, NIS, RC, AI, TVA, timbre and compliance with local rules.
K. OCR / receipt scanning
OCR and receipt scanning may help extract information from purchase receipts or bons d’achat. OCR can contain mistakes. Users must review and confirm extracted information before saving or using it.
L. Support
Standard support is included according to the plan. Founder/direct contact support may be offered during the launch period. Custom requests are not automatically included.
M. Updates
Future platform updates are included for active subscribers. Updates may change the interface, improve features, add or remove beta features, or fix bugs.
N. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended for unpaid subscription, abuse, fraud, security risk or violation of these terms. Users may cancel their subscription. After cancellation, access may be limited and data may be retained for a defined period before deletion according to the Privacy Policy.
O. Limitation of liability
Tijartek is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profit, wrong user input, tax or accounting mistakes, internet outage, device problems, third-party services, or misuse of the platform. The service is provided with reasonable care, but users remain responsible for business decisions and compliance.
P. Changes to terms
Tijartek may update these terms. Users may be informed through the platform, email, or a visible notice when important changes happen.
